-
Step 1 - Explore
We recommend tasting your wine first to determine if it needs to be decanted.
-
Step 2 - Turn On
Double click the power button to turn on or off, the Lisse will greet you with "HI."
-
Step 3 - Select
Cycle through the settings and choose from the 7 decanting intervals. Ranging from 15 up to 150 seconds. Remember 15 second equals 15 minutes of traditional decanting. Review our decanting guide if suggestion is needed.
-
Step 4 - Decant
Place your Lisse a hand width away from your wine glass. With the buttons facing away from your glass and press the start button and wait for the countdown to be completed, the display light will turn red to indicate completion.
-
Step 5 - Enjoy
Savor the surprising moment when you taste the difference, then decide if the wine requires further decanting. Once you found your ideal “Lisse Number,” you’ll know exactly how long your next glass needs.
-
Step 6 - Turn Off
Don't forget to double click the power button to turn off your Lisse, store it in the included protective case. Each fully charged Lisse can decant up to 90 glasses of wine. Cheers!
Decanting Guide
Our guidelines are aimed at young vintages made within 7 years, the Lisse decanting time is based on wine origin, and the amount of tannins found in the grape type.
Note: any vintages over 10 years we recommend only using the 15 sec interval, if any, to allow the wine to preserve its taste acquired through time.

Tips
- When using your Lisse with an unfamiliar wine, taste test the wine with 15 sec intervals to find your optimal decanting time.
- Best used with a standard height stemmed glass.
- Align the top of the wine glass silhouette of your Lisse to the surface of your wine.
- Lisse works up to 120 degree angle, which allows at most a row of 3 glasses.
- Place your glass at least 10-15cm away from your Lisse to allow for repeating accurate decanting.
