If you purchased a Lisse directly from www.yourlisse.com and are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. In order to return your Lisse, please contact Customer Service at info@yourlisse.com and we will assist you with your returns. Once received, we will conduct an visual examination of the Lisse for any damage or tampering that may cause the product to require repairs or if deemed unable to resell, it may result in a partial refund. The reimbursement, excluding the original shipping charges for the purchase price will be made within 7 days after our examination.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Lisse warrants for a period of one year from the date of purchase that your Lisse device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use. Lisse may require the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Our warranty does not include coverage for the loss of or damage during the shipping process.

If you noticed the damage before accepting the package, please refuse delivery, if you already received the package and noticed the damage after, in both cases contact Customer Service immediately at info@yourlisse.com, a photograph of the package will be highly appreciated.
Additional Information
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Lisse, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Lisse be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
